「歐國」正處於形成的長期過程中，
目前的「沉默」只是一種權宜之計。

此為「歐國」——甚至「歐、加(拿大)聯盟」——逐步形成的長期過程中，
關鍵的加速節點之一。
尤其值得注意的是，
英、美兩國之間所謂的「特殊關係」(Special Relationship，邱吉爾語)，
乃至盎薩五眼聯盟，
也都(將)不復存在——
英國終於確定本身屬於歐洲之一部份。
相反地，
川普妄圖透過交易式「非(或局部小規模)武力」第三次世界大戰，
臆(異)想建立的「特殊關係」——「新納粹三寶」美國、中共、俄國三分天下，
不僅終無所獲，
且將適得其反：
1）
導致「全面大規模武力」第三次世界大戰；
2）
美國根本向左質變；
3）
中共匪偽政權覆滅；
4）
俄國完全失去亞俄、打回歐俄原形。
