Thank you very much for the info. I don't have any immediate relatives in Taiwan. Would it be costly to have ncc.com.tw mail books directly to the U.S.? I'm not buying that many at once. (Actually I walked by the Chinese bookstore one day and spotted the book on fortune telling.) Which one should I buy initially as a beginner?

Any opinion on my job situation right now?
