這裡有分簡化版和功課交出版。為何會有這麼的分？因為當初設計，還只是把我潦草的文字寫在紙上時，隊友們都認為作得太長；於是，打入電腦時，便只作了簡化版本。後來問過老師一般以多長為限，才得知原文的長度仍屬合理；但其時已臨近交課之日，只好把原本的設計直接打成英文版。（那功課要全英文）

只是，直接打成英文版時，畢竟沒有把握得所有想用的概念──憾也，憾也；還待以後才來作個補完版吧。

《天命》簡化版
一百年前，明鏡大陸的人們──特別是冒險者──都覺得世界太過乏味，希望探索傳說中的奇異事物，最為人注意的目標是「元素體」。

衝著距當時二千九百年前的預言──「人和物本質相同，從無分別，三千年後自當一目瞭然。」冒險者公會「天命會」，根據相關古藉的提示，作出推理，決意執行苛刻的「同心」儀式。那儀式需要召集十萬人在明鏡大陸最高的山「眠靈山」山頂，於一年內最黑暗的白天時刻──按推理可能是陰天、雨天、日蝕等的時候──全數站立守候一次，直至光明回復。

由於總是有人不能堅持站立，儀式經歷了十年時光，才得到成功。經過這番偉大的行動，確立了「天命會」的團結精神，而冒險者的生活也從此精彩──那次以後，大陸上出現了傳說中的小生命「元素體」，此外，野外的許多動植物、人類的一些生活用具，不時發生突然的異變，它們的容貌會變得特異，而且懂得說話；它們有的會主動與人類友善的生活，有的則會肆意攻擊人類。

預言三千年後今日的冒險者，基於「天命會」發出的嚴格命令，對「元素體」改稱「精靈」。據傳那個命令當中存在頗大的隱情。此外，人類亦學會如何與精靈相處。新一代冒險者將會做出的一切，備受期待。

《天命》功課交出版
For the prediction before 3000 years, said that “Humans and objects are same in the nature. This will be seen after 3000 years.” many people for generations on the Bright Mirror Island are intoxicated.

The ones energetic to travel to experience everything called adventurers. For a really long time, the adventurers always get into danger so hurt, illness or crazy and then continue their life as usual without any help.

Thus, the adventurer association called “Providence Association” was founded for these cases before 50 years. With its high concept, its power was grown quickly. Round 10 years, it got the support of almost all the adventurers from the everywhere on the Bright Mirror Island.

In the meantime, the humans on the Bright Mirror Island had a feeling that the world was becoming duller and duller. They wish to explore the strangeness in the legend. The most attractive strangeness is called “Elements” which are spread for a really long time with ancient legends.

Although many adventurers spent plenty of time to detect it, it is a haze of doubt that no one has definite understanding for “Elements”. On the anniversary meeting participated by a vast number of adventurers, the president of “Providence Association” decided to take a great action with agree of whole.

They found the key of this subject is a harsh ceremony called “Of One Mind” never succeeded from the related ancient books. The ceremony conditions are known as only some hints that require the most people should be all standing on the highest place while the darkest moment of daytime of a year occurred until passed through the moment.

To succeed the ceremony, they called 100,000 adventurers to live on the peak of the highest hill called Sleeping Spirit Hill on the Bright Mirror Island. Those adventurers are required to be all standing while all darkest moment of daytime such as cloudy moment, rainy moment, solar eclipse moment everyday.

Due to the management of people for all standing, they spent 10 years to succeed the ceremony. As the result of this action, the united spirit of “Providence Association” was rooted. Besides, hereafter the life of adventurers became more various. This is because of three reasons.

The first is that the creatures called “Elements” of the legend, this name is heard about by the chats of some adventurers with these creatures, were discovered on the Bright Mirror Island.

The second is that many animals and plants in the field and some of the articles of humans often suddenly become exceptional. They might transformed in their look and became can speak with people to come as a surprise. Then some of them will actively live with humans peaceably and some of them will attack humans.

In addition, there is an interesting tale about one chatting with “Elements”: for a question “Does ‘Elements’ symbolize the nature?” the one asked, “May not.” the “Elements” reply with smile. Received the answer, the one asked more other questions. Then he styled himself as “Nature Knower” and began to guide the adventurers with his knowledge from his deliberation.

After 30 years ago from the “Of One Mind”, the adventurers changed the name of “Elements” to “Spirits” due to the serious order of “Providence Association”. It is rumored that the decision came from a secret. The humans also learnt how coexist with the monsters and the “Spirits”. It is expected that what the new adventurers will do on the prediction come true date, now.
