Someone please translate it for me. Here are the story I had.

I live in the USA and married my wife due to some reason. Do I love her. May be in the first time but not anymore. It has been chaned to responsibility instead of love. I have been spent my 10 years of life to take care of my familey, ,kids, until I met one girl which I really love and I just can't lose her at all. I am very traditional person. I know divorce is not right thing to do and I am totally disagree with it but now i am facing the issue. I can't leave my kids and my wife along but I really really love the girl I met.
