大致上對公司部分的資訊取得會有困難, 最多只能針對人選和主管的個性契合來做一些判斷.
除了在與人選面談前稍微排一下命盤有些初步的概念外, 用的比較多的還是面談時間的安排(用Horary"喬"個適合面談的時間).
根據經驗, 好的時間(適合現實狀態的安排)的確有好的過程, 但結果還是沒有一定保證會成功的. 變數還是太多, 但也是我學藝未精的關係吧.
