PARIS -- Investigators from France, Britain and the United States will search for clues to what made a chartered Air France Concorde en route to New York City crash shortly after takeoff Tuesday from Charles de Gaulle airport near Paris .

A British businessman who saw the Concorde take off said that the jet's left-side engines were on fire before it left the ground.

"The Concorde (was) to our immediate left as he accelerated down the runway, the engine was already smoking," said Darren Atkins, who was in another plane waiting to depart from the airport.

All 109 people aboard the aircraft were killed after it burst into flames and plunged into a hotel-restaurant complex. Four people on the ground were killed.

The airline said Flight AF4590 carried a full load of 100 passengers -- 96 Germans, two Danes, one Austrian and one American -- and nine crew members.

這個新聞比較困擾我的，是時間的問題，文中提到，當地時間 16:44 發生空難，格林威治標準時間為 14:44， 因為巴黎位處於東一區， 照理來說只該差兩小時才對。後來想想，難道是日光節約時間？於是上網查資料，在以下的網站：

提到了歐洲各國實行日光節約時間的一些資料，大家可以去參考，而法國，是從 1975 年開始實施，所以才會出現 Local Time 比 GMT 快兩小時的情況。

所以正確的 chart 應該是 15:44 2.20E 48.52N，至於分宮法，我在高緯度採用 Regiomontanus 法，沒什麼理由，看大家都這麼用罷了。
