How to decide the birth hour in the chart for someone born overseas. (such as USA)??
I think I am a good one to predict, but I failed last time to help someone's daughter born in USA, I was wrong!!!!(in the past the only I 'd failed before was about myself).
How about foreigners (non chinese)? Any different when defining their charts?
