結果：Delta病毒流感化，致死率遠低於前幾波疫情。「全世界大流行」是個模糊的概念，且沒有量化數據的定義（多少國家，多少人確診，多少人死亡，才叫做全世界大流行）。因此，我認為，卦神賜卦時只能用武漢肺炎作為Benchmark。以武漢肺炎造成的死傷規模為官鬼，如果Delta病毒能達到武漢肺炎造成的死傷規模，就讓官鬼發動。原PO和我共三支卦，我解這題算及格。
