that's right!! ADDY Da` Da`,
especially those million-dollar houses, or Victorian-style houses have the front door facing stairs problem.
my point is, i totally agree with "Pan Da` Da`" that fengshui should fit common sense and modern days life.
so, here it comes, in this case, the cul-de-sac is in residential area,
and why people like cul-de-sac is because it's more private and less traffic flow. basically, whoever comes in here, lives here. and lots of them are back to open space. ( like this case, a park, that's why makes it a bit pricey )
i think just from common sense and the look, it definitely is a winner.
if i were her, i would buy it if it's a good deal.
but fengshui-wise it's sooooo wrong,( no matter how much she likes and feels good about this house?)
back to the stair-facing-front-door problem,
i wouldn't like it, because if everybody comes home, then just go straight up to their room,
without chitchat with family first, it will be problems eventually.
this is just what i think with my poor fengshui knowledge,
and i really like to hear what you and Pan Da` Da` think.
thank you so much for your time.
best wishes
