Actually, your company is not good for you in salary and some policy. You are also discussing with somebody ( outside ) for the future. But! you are very confussing for the future.

From this " gua", you have planned to quit in Aug. / Sept. For the next job, the situation should be better than original company ( should be competitor company ).
