Proserpina is farest and highest by cosmic status from known (??? V.A)
planets, it rules largest time intervals. (Mythology skipped).

In astrology Proserpina expresses transformation, transmutation. In
society and individual life Proserpina determines global changes,
which cardinally changes orientation of society and personality.
Proserpina expresses also relatively permanent qualities, which form's
by transformation. Proserpina expresses dominant direction in society
life.

Proserpina has uniform (or nearly uniform) move and goes through
Zodiacal Ring for 705 tears, one Zodiac sign for time about 59 years.
That mean, during life of a man, Proserpina moves little more than
one sign. Most men living now, have in his birth-charts Proserpina
in Libra. Only junger and older men have Proserpina neighbors signs.

Older generation has Proserpina in Virgo, junger one in Scorpio. Here
is very interesting situation - only very old and jung men have other
energetics than most peoples. Proserpina was in Libra from end of
February 1918 to end of december 1976. It corresponds to searching for
harmony and justice, which degenerated to social revolutions. But these
social revolutions don't bring mankind nearer to justice. In general,
justice is not humans but God's occupation. Humans occupation is
creation of law's, which helps spiritual evolution.

By entering in Libra, Proserpina was injured by conjunction with retrograde
Mars and by square with retrograde Pluto. conjunction with Mars gives
superflous power-activity in defend of justice idea. Square with Pluto gives
significant dissemination of violence idea in consciousness of mass.

At end of december 1976, when Proserpina entered in Scorpio, main
situation was more favorable. Scorpio is sign of concentration and
accumulation of energy, transformation and transmutation. Now on whole
word takes place very serious reforms. Proserpina has favorable
position for spiritual transformation.

In years 1859 - 1918 Proserpina was in Virgo, sign ruling by Proserpina.
It was time of religious philosophy and looking for God.

In years 1800 - 1859 Proserpina was in Leo. Leo is sign of creative works.
It was time of numerous literary genius (Pushkin, Goethe, Heine), time of
creation of national theatre in most countries.

In years 1741 - 1800 Proserpina was in Cancer, which respects to 4th house -
home, family, motherland. It was time of chamber music (Mozart, Haendel).

In years 1682 - 1741 Proserpina was in Gemini (exalting sign). Then
increased contacts between different countries, Peter I "cut through
to Europe", was formed foundation of contemporary science (Newton).
