Because I finished my master's degree in year 2001, and I started to work after that. so I start to save money since 2002, and i haven't saved much money, but in a moderate progress indeed.

Yes, because once i graduated in year 2001, there was a 911 attack in the US and the whole economy was really bad until the end of SARS in late 2003. So i studied many IT certificates and read many books during that period. So I just changed my job in late 2004, now i just got more than half year in this new job, and thought i see many good potential clients in the new job, I still cannot close the deals at the moment.

Yes or No. After 911 attack, I couldn't find a job for a long time, even a very low-salary junior post. But then I finally got a job in a government department, the post and salary was fairly okay, but the job nature is boring and no propects at all. So it was lucky I could find a job, but bad luck that I only got a no-prospec boring government job.
