I always have a poor relation with my parents. It
is actually worse than you may have imagined.

However, I seem to have kept a good relationship
with my boss EXCEPT this year that I had to quit
my job because he couldn't stand me and I couldn't
stand him either.

Can you please tell me how you see that from the

I am also having an opportunity to work for two
promising companies. One is a big corporation in
Taiwan, but I will be likely in charge of its
US operation since I reside in US, and my engineers
are in US as well.

The other is a small startup, and I will be
given the same power as well. Please let me know
what else information that you need in order to
make a correct suggestion to me. Thanks!
