This is surely a case where 己 earth is too weak and must follow the leader, but there are 3 sugguestions here, it either follows Metal or Wood or 從勢格. (Ralph, I don't think Wealth (Water) is a candidate :-) )
You may be right. It is 從勢格 (cong shi ge). It is my fault. I am old.

Thanks for the answer. So I understand, in this 從勢格, the favourable elements are metal, water and wood, and the unfavourable elements are earth and fire right? I understand in a follow chart, you must follow the most powerful element, so in a follow wealth chart, the wealth is the Use God. What what is the Use God in this 從勢格? It's not all three (metal, water, wood) is it?
