Lawsuit means status or visa. It will descide whether I can stay in U.S.A. I don't think the lawsuit is about money.
The company is the sponser for my visa. If the company is close or I am layoffed, I will lost status in U.S.A unless I can find a job in a month.
There are 3 people maybe affect the lawsuit.
1. My supervisor. He is a nice man. It looks he can help me always.
2. My layer. She looks good.
3. The other one. She maybe affect this case also. Since she can help to provide some important documents for me.
