I plugged your data into astro.com and get Taurus rising(金牛上昇) instead. Can you confirm your birthtime, that Taiwan was/was not using daylight saving (日光節約時間) during your birth?
我的出生時間是西元1980/09/24 21:15，這期間臺灣並無實施日光節約時間，而我出生地點是臺灣省台中市120°40' East 24°10' North
我試過很多的占星排盤，都是上昇雙子，所以上昇金牛的部份，我就不了解囉~~

Saturn in the 5th, I can relate to that. But I think the restriction in love you are talking about is self-imposed. So, you can change it for the better for sure. You'll find out in your first Saturn return or be forced to find out.
