I think the strongest planet is uranus(天王星). It's at home in Aquarius and in the 1st house, an angular house and it's the chart ruler. Neptune may give him an imaginative, artistic flair, and may also modify his appearance somewhat to a dreamy Piscean look.

10th house is his career and public standing. I'll skip the details, but somehow I think he has the potential to be a professor/researcher in a scientific/medical field. Based on: a strong Sagittarian Pluto disposited by Jupiter, Scorpio MC, Venus in 10th rules Taurus in the 4th and Libra in the 9th. Mars in the 10th rules Aries in the 3rd. sun in the 12th.

But with the Taurus, Libra and Venus influence in the 10th house, and Saturn in the 5th, Neptune in the 1st, there also seem to be artistic talents. With Saturn in the 5th, he may suppress it early on though.

A square (90) aspect may not be bad. Trines (120) are too comfortable and may make people lazy, squares can get the person moving and taking action. A square involving the Moon may affect relationship with the mother and/or women.
