寒成兄, 謝謝您! 的確您明白指出她目前公司之主要問題; 經營者十分自負, 若有客戶明白指出產品之問題或改善之意見時, 他便會於會議中, 大發脾氣, 將生意往外推, 以至於數年來公司之產品一直無法Final, 本想來投資的公司也紛紛打消念頭, 所以計畫往菲律賓去, 因為費用便宜, 且有其親戚在該國投資成立同樣的公司 (但股東及股權與美國無關) 所以一種不確定感充斥於美國公司中. 再次謝謝您!
