this is just my opinion,
no offense to any Da`Da` here.
If it is a doctor wants to give free service,
nobody will ever complain,
even it does take sweat and blood (and money, plus huge amount of time) to be a doctor;
because he /she wants to help people.
But this kindness doesn't really have any effects
on those highly-priced-good doctors.
it will always be people who are willing to pay for the best.
people who read lots of medical books,
it may help them to have common sense,
to ask the right questions about their problems,
or even help them to judge if it's a right doctor for them.
but they will always need good doctors.
and those good doctors are entitle to make good money.
both free doctors and good doctors will always exist.
and lots of people just want to have common sense
to take care of their(or their family's) health/life.
