I guess I was reacting to some other responses about the way we treat animals these days. I was just trying to point out that it's part of our history since the beginning of human beings.

I was also trying to say, if u think it's bad, then perhaps propose some solutions. :) The way people do what they do has a reason. Sympathy does not work in all situations.

Maybe it's just me, getting a little pessimistic about this world. Nice people gets hurt too easily. Imagine, if we are weaker than the animals we eat, who would eat who in this case? hehe:)
