What you seem to imply is that if sthg is good, there must be a bad and vice versa. But if there is a 煞星 in XX宮, then how can it be good? In our daily life, everything always come with a price. What is good can also be bad in some ways.

If what you said is true, then what do you see in 財帛宮 and 福德宮? Both of them does not seem very good to me. For example, my 財帛宮 is neighbored by 陀羊 and with 忌. What is good about the bad and what's bad about the good? How can I make use of the good to better the misfortune?
