For "財", since there are no "財" on the top of the "八字". It means that even there are many "財" (earth) element in your "八字", but it is hard for you to use it. You many not be poor, but it is hard to be very rich.
I tend to agree with this observation as well. It means that you have to work hard to get wealth.
