南半球的八字要怎麼排？從D網以往的紀錄來看，有下列四種：

1.第一種主張就是，與北半球有相同的八字。主張者說，地球為一整體，不應該有南北之分。所以北半球是戊戌年丙辰月，南半球也是戊戌年丙辰月。但是有很多八字都不是很像，因此反對這類排法者，也不少。

2.第二種主張，北半球走向夏季，南半球走向冬季，所以應該是月支對沖。例如北半球是戊戌年丙辰月，南半球是戊戌年丙戌月。反對者的主張是，不符合五虎遁。

3.第三種主張，與第二種相類似，但是強調應該符合五虎遁，也就是說月干也要變。戊戌年丙辰月北半球，戊戌年壬戌月南半球。

4.第四種主張更複雜了。不但月支要動，年柱也要動。也就是說北半球是戊戌年丙辰月，南半球是甲辰年壬戌月。一樣的，反對者主張不符合五虎遁。
