I have one big question : 酉 時 is 5:00-7:00 pm, my mother told me i was born at 6:55 pm, so is it 酉 時? Why 6:57 pm will become 戍 時?

Here are some of my personal information :
1) I have 1 brother/sister died before he/she was born, so i was 第1胎?
兄弟姊妹中排行第1, have 1弟, 關係ok, not much 助力, he has a girlfriend and he is a supervisor in the company

2) 父生: 西元1917年, 農曆8月27日
母生: 西元1932年, 農曆10月28日
父母1970年結婚, 婚姻狀況good, 助力大

3) 生平重大事件與發生的時間 :
-1990年went to Canada to study and came back to HK in 1992年
-got a good job in an airline in 1992年
-met my first boyfriend in HK in 1992年, i was pregnant, but 3 months later we broke up, and I had an abortion (lost my baby).
-met my second boyfriend in HK in 1994年, he has a wife, I borrowed so much money to him for business, but he didn't give me back, and we broke up around 6 months later
-got a good job in the goverment in 1995年
-met a foreigner in 1999年, he is divorced in 2002 this year, he is the one I love the most and I still love and miss him

5) He was born on 2/11/1965, I met him in 1999年, we had some big quarrels a few months ago, now he stopped talking to me and has got a close female friend, not girlfriend, I would like to ask if we still have a chance to get back together?
