Sorry to hear above emotional languages, Life Exclusion is simply a common cliche used for thousands of years. Everybody can has his/her interpretation.
According to Agency Laws, the agent has the confidentiality to client. The personal emotional feeling is limited. The agent is the source of sources, but NOT the source. The personal interpretation leads a biased decision making, which creates more problems, and "liabilities" to the agents.
A Physician in Krankenhaus needs to tell patients the he/she will die next month. An Accountant has to tell business owner about cash flow. An Attorney has to tell the truth to both sides (epeolatrily).

With modern medical research and pharmaceutical advance, we know we can control the burst of mental disease at certain age, with some preventive medication. Or, I am going to create some Business for my daughter to manage. So she will be busy (at home with me) an not going out of country, or different states, like her parents... It is difficult for a teenage girl to understand. I an my wife understand well, since she see patients dying everyday(fill out Death Certificates), and I used to supervised ~100 people.
