I haven't been this web site for quite awhile.
Me like to do some update about the concerned event.
This guy (my husband's partner) stopped all annoying action on or about Oct 06. 2 to 3 mths later (Jan 07), ICAC (香港廉政公署) called my hubby for assistance of investigation, to me, this was the closure of the event.
