Apologies for the many questions, it is because she's our first child, and like any parent, we would like to know that our daughter will be safe, healthy and successful.
I can only address on her health at this moment and may come back when I have more free time.
She lacks -wood and have too much earth in her chart, the indications are:

From your readings, is it bad for her to stay in the UK because she dislikes Earth and Metal? Where would be a good place for her to grow up and become successful?
I did mention that the chart is warm (+21.8), and that she required water to moisturize/ cool down the warmness. The indication is that she prefers to stay in somewhere not too hot, like the places near the Equator.
Traditionally, the Chinese believes that the 5 elements also represent direction:
1. Metal = West
2. Water = North
3. Wood = East
4. Fire = South
5. Earth = Center
Her chart suggests that she prefer Northern, Eastern and Southern part from her place of birth.
She has a 驛馬 (Courier Horse) in her chart, which means that she will be travelling a lot and I won’t be surprise if she is not growing up in her place of birth.

Also, is it too early to find out whether my baby daughter will have a comfortable future financially and emotionally? Also, is there any periods of time in her life which will be "low" for her and that we have to look out for?
The Chinese has sayings 兒孫自有兒孫福 and 船到橋頭自然直 (well, I will let your wife explains these Chinese concepts to you), so as long as we educate our children properly, they should know how to fish for themselves and not worrying how long could we provide them with fish.
Her best time shall be around 20-29, and she should do well in her study, but as I have said before, she needs to learn how to make the right decision, this can be so because she is so bright and intelligence in her study that she is too proud to admit that she lacks experience in making some important decision.
If she is taught well during that 20-29, then she would be well-prepared for the next 10 years and also years to come.
The next 10 years pillar 30-39 won't be that easy for her, but if she has been taught well, I am sure she will get thru all the ups and downs, and if she can live up to 70s (sorry, I do not read when would a person pass away), she will have great retirement age from 70-89.
