Well, I tried to look at this from a horary point of view (using the
time and place I first saw your question), and there it is too early too
tell. However, in I looked at the chart, and the current Mars/Saturn
opposition is in the chart's 4th and 10th houses which rule parents.
Mars is retrograde in Scorpio, so whatever is happening in your home now
will be like that for quite a while, i.e. longer than a month.

The Moon has just passed Neptune in the chart; Neptune is co-ruler of
9th which is your husband's sister. The next aspect for the Moon at 4:08
Aqu to make is to Mars Rx 8:56 Scorpio. This is almost 5 months (Moon in
fixed sign in angular house: 1 degree = 1 month). The Moon is square
Mars and will only be perfecting this square to Mars and in fact
perfecting a T-square with Mars and Saturn. The situation looks
drawn-out and demanding. (It's not easy suddenly taking care of a 90
year old woman, and it's not easy being a 90 year old woman who has to
move.) I'd say prepare for a lot of work over a longer period of time
than expected.

The good news is, things look like they'll take a turn for the better in
8 months time when Moon is in exact sextile to Jupiter in 10th, also
ruling 9th (your SIL) and conjunct Sun which rules the ascendant (you).

I have interpreted a chart I should've left alone. The ascendant is
earlier than 3 degrees, meaning it's too soon to tell (so shouldn't be
answered). That can mean that you don't yet have all the necessary
information to answer the question (or that I, as the astrologer,
don't).
