事實：

日本北海道如詩如畫的郊野，青山崩了一大片，露出紅土。這觸目驚心的景象，由2018年9月6日一次黎克特制6.7級地震引發，造成嚴重山泥傾瀉，道路損毀，至少11人死、32人失蹤和逾366傷，更令全北海道295萬戶一度停電，交通與其他一般活動停頓，全面恢復電力估計要一星期。
地震在當地時間昨日凌晨3時08分（本港凌晨2時08分）發生，震央位於南部厚真町附近，深度37公里。厚真町錄得日本震度等級表最高級的7級，附近安平町亦錄得6強，是等級表1996年修訂後北海道首次錄得震度6強或以上地震，隨後有數十次餘震，其中一次達黎克特制5.4級，氣象廳提醒居民未來一周或再有強震。
厚真町和安平町都有大面積山泥傾瀉，其中厚真町更是頭號重災區，死者和失蹤者主要都在當地。高空俯視鏡頭可見當地有多個山頭塌坡，山泥掩埋沖毀數十房屋和農莊，救援人員用小型挖土機和鏟子，在數以噸計泥石和塌樹中挖掘，嘗試搜救生還者。
安平町官員金澤一雄憶述地震發生時情況：「那時有突然和強烈的震動，我感到是向橫而不是上下震，持續兩三分鐘，停了不久又再震，我感到有兩輪震動。我51歲人從未有此經歷，我以為我的屋要倒下了，屋內所有東西震亂了，我連清理也沒有時間。」



發電廠起火　全島停電
當地的苫東厚真火力發電廠在地震中失火，有發電機組損毀。當局指由於該發電廠供應全北海道近一半電力，失火斷電後導致電力供求失衡和供電頻率不穩定，其他發電廠都要緊急停機以防受損，導致北海道電力公司1951年成立以來首次全島停電。泊核電廠在震前雖未有供電，但因一度失去外部電力，要啟動後備電源為燃料棒降溫。
停電令全北海道530萬居民生活停頓，全島列車停駛，很多住戶斷水，交通燈熄滅要由警察人手指揮交通，自動售賣機也停止運作。雖然12小時後首府札幌和第二大城市旭川部份地區恢復電力，當局也派發電車到醫院和其他重要設施，但經濟產業大臣世耕弘成指由於苫東厚真發電廠修復需時，估計一周後才全面恢復供電。

200航班取消　路裂屋歪
北海道新千歲機場相對接近震央，地震中有天花板墜落和玻璃碎裂，加上漏水和停電，昨天全日關閉，逾200航班取消，影響逾4萬乘客。工作人員昨搶修天花和清理玻璃碎，北海道的函館和旭川機場則仍然運作。
離震央約65公里的札幌，亦有多條道路震裂，部份地區疑土壤液化，多架車陷入泥濘動彈不得，部份房屋被震歪，也有多架車被泥流浸了一半，當地昨天街道冷清清，商店關門。自衞隊駕駛水車到未復電地區向市民供水，市政府亦設有獨立發電機的充電站，助市民為手機充電。室蘭市亦有一三菱集團的鋼鐵廠失火，但無傷亡。
日本首相安倍晉三指示全力救災和盡快恢復居民生活，並派2.5萬自衞隊陸續到北海道協助救災。由於這次地震規模大，空中自衞隊兩架隨時候命攔截入侵領空飛機的F2戰機，在青森縣緊急起飛到災區上空，協助蒐集災區資訊。

朱瑟里諾早在2017年12月於「澳門群組年度聚會」時提及，香港和澳門於2018年8月至9月期間將會遇上強颱風吹襲，對澳門造成極大破壞；又於2018年7月15日和8月8日分別在其國際官網（www.jucelinoluz.com.br/…/copa-na-russia-poucos-incidentes-…/）、亞洲區官網（www.jnl-asia.com/blog/posts/20180808-typhoon-forecast）及Facebook專頁（9月環球預測 - 第15項，https://www.jucelinodaluz.com.br/…/641-previsoes-para-setem…）發佈稱，有一股強颱風將於2018年9月14日吹襲香港和澳門，呼籲各位做好防風準備，尤其是居住在低漥地區的人。經朱瑟里諾證實，這個強颱風便是「山竹」。以下是朱瑟里諾於2018年1月9日寄給南卡羅來納州州長的一封預言信，當中提及有關「山竹」更詳細的資訊。

我想透過這個平台多謝一班澳門粉絲，自去年（2017年）年底朱瑟里諾教授於在澳門FB群組周年聚會提及2018年將有一個強颱吹襲港澳後，部份很有心的粉絲親身走訪去年「天鴿」受災較嚴重的商戶、店主，告訴他們來年2018年澳門將可能再一次受強颱吹襲，勸他們早作準備，並且講解信息是來自一名巴西預言家朱瑟里諾。

直至2018年7月15日，我們收到一封預言信，得知強颱於9月14日將吹襲澳門，粉絲帶同信息再次走訪有關商戶、街市，呼籲他們做好防颱措施，東主也認得他們半年前的到訪。颱風過了，得知大部份聽過這信息的商戶都能大大減低生命危險及財物損失，感恩！

我想沒有太多人知道有班「無名英雄」在背後做了那麼多有意義的事。我再次感謝那些澳門粉絲的無私付出，亦希望各地政府日後繼續以處理「山竹」的心態及行動去保障市民的生命！

1. 日本、台灣、中國、澳門、香港、韓國和菲律賓將可能發生暴雨，造成多人死亡，數千人無家可歸。

【預言香港地震2019資料更新】
朱瑟里諾教授（下稱「教授」）在2014年到訪香港時曾預言香港於2019年5月23日將可能發生7.0級地震，震驚全港，皆因大多數人認為香港並非位於地震帶，是福地，根本沒有發生地震條件。我是土長土生的香港人，也愛這片福地，當然希望這個預言不成真。但郤因為這個預言，確實警醒了不少香港人，主動學習遇上天災時的求生知識，至少近年多了香港人開始認識什麼叫「求生包」，補充傳統教育的缺失。
說回香港地震，教授在2017及2018週年聚會中曾提及，如果中國在2019年4月至5月間發生強烈地震的話，這將大大降低香港發生地震的機會。由於「限期將至」，我也心急追問教授有關地震的最新消息。最後，教授為我們提供了兩封分別在2015及2016年已寄出的預言信件，說明了「523地震」發生機會率的變化。我也趁著前天「香港、環球經濟預測講座2019」率先發佈相關訊息。

【香港地震預言後記】
昨天香港沒有發生地震，感恩！因為香港地震的預言，加上多個傳媒的報導，專頁在近幾天、尤是今昨兩天多了很多訪客留言，相信大多是從不認識教授，只見報導標題「預言家預測2019年5月23日香港會發生7.0級地震」而來的，趁這個機會我想講解一下有關朱瑟里諾教授的工作，讓大家了解多一點。
巴西預言家朱瑟里諾自9歲起能從夢中看見未來影像，13歲起發信件給世界各地政府、機構、名人、平民等，目的是希望天災、意外到來前，人們可加以防範，旨在拯救別人的生命，或減低天災害帶來的傷害，而教授從事這工作已有近50年了，他的工作也備受各國的肯定(現正在歐洲進行巡迴演講)。
他過去曾準確預測911事件(2005年，美國法庭裁定朱瑟里諾在911事件發生前曾去信美國政府告知詳情屬實)、王妃戴安娜、米高積遜之死、特朗普當總統、強颱風山竹以時速超過250公里襲港(於2017年年底聚會、2018年8月發佈)、2019年5月香港股票市場大瀉(於2018年年底聚會、2019年4月14日經濟講座發佈) 等等。
簡單來說，就是睡夢中收到信息，然後發信至涉事人士，任務完成！最終事件發生與否，由天來定！
預言信件內容大多是災難性的、傷害人類生命的事情。表面看來，教授的信息是負面的，一般人認為收到他寄來的信件便沒運行了，但事實並非如此。大家嘗試正面一點去想，若然能在災難意外到來前作準備，便能避免意外發生，先知先覺，不就是最好的嗎? 向別人發出預警算是咀咒嗎?
就香港地震這個預言為例，教授告知香港市民，發信給政府，提醒事前早作準備，不發生當然好；萬一發生，而我們卻沒有準備，恐防死傷無數。這是實話，不是散佈謠言鼓吹恐慌。撫心自問，香港大部分樓宇都沒有防震功能，強颱山竹使大樓搖晃，已給了香港人一次很難忘的經歷，這是一個預警！所以不難想像地震在港發生的後果......。香港市民、相關政府部門不能逃避這個問題，因為這賭上數百萬人性命。
沒錯，香港是福地，比起世界上很多地方都美好，但難免香港也有發生地震的一天，舉例說，馬來西亞一直被譽為「無地震」的福地，像香港一樣，但這個神話已在2007年不再了（https://www.orientaldaily.com.my/ne…/longmen/2013/…/25/61077）。
在這科學發達的年代，我們日常生活、思想、思考模式都會從科學角度出發，但即使今天科學再發達也解釋不了很多超自然現象，例如靈魂、UFO、預言等等，這就是神秘學存在的原因。有人認為神秘學的事「不科學」，是迷信，是怪力亂神，但從另一角度看，只是現今的科學領域解釋不了而已，渺小的我們往往不肯承認自己無知，對自己不熟悉的總說「不可能」而否定某些事情的存在性，又或者不愛聽不好的事情(例如那裡會發生天災...)等等。
昨天收到最多的問題是:「為何地震沒有發生？」
不是所有預知夢看見的事情都會發生，一個預言的實現背後需配合一些條件，但這些條件與預言中發生的事未必有必然的關係，舉例說，我在本年4月17日發出一篇貼文，說明了若果有兩件事情發生，便會大大減低香港地震的機會(當然傳媒並沒有提及這一點吧)，信中其中一點就是「台灣西部沿岸於2018年11月6日將會錄得一次5.0級地震」，這確實發生了，但原因不是因台灣板塊變化、釋出了部分能量而令香港板塊相對穩定的說法，而是在台灣會發生5.0級地震的時間線上(不是完全正確但可以時間線概念理解)香港在523沒有發生地震。沒錯，這理論是「不科學」的，因為現今科學解釋不了。
去年朱瑟里諾曾預測2018年9月14-16日期間香港澳門將會遇上時速超過250公里的強颱風，那時候已有人質疑這個預測，因為我們確實從未遇過時速超過250公里的強颱風(這風速對於美國來說只是小兒科吧)，不幸的，最終夢境成真，山竹令香港滿目瘡痍。同樣地，有誰可以肯定香港島沿岸對開5公里處海底下沒有斷層在增伸？我當然希望我們的政府能撥出資源展開一些與地震有關的研究或檢測吧！
世界之大無奇不有，對某些事情我們可以選擇不相信，但不可不知道。來年我們將會遇上比山竹更強的颱風，對香港澳門造成嚴重影響，請大家對本專頁保持關注。
