Hexagram 30 The Clinging, Fire
Expression Lí indicates that, (in regard to what it denotes), it will be advantageous to be firm and correct, and that thus there will be free course and success. Let (its subject) also nourish (a docility like that of) the cow, and there will be good fortune.
Judgement The Clinging. Perseverance furthers. It brings success. Care of the cow brings good fortune.
Image That which is bright rises twice. Image of Fire. Thus the great man, by perpetuating this brightness, Illumines the four quarters of the world.

  Expression: The king uses him to march forth and chastise. Then it is best to kill the leaders and take captive the followers. No blame.
